Great view on arrival. The room was modern and had a nice city view. We enjoyed the complementary drinks at check-in and the chocolates on the nightstand. The location was perfect for walking around to see the sights and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was a disaster. We were wrongly charged and the manager was rude. The food was of poor quality and cold. The shower was gloomy and lacked privacy.

This hotel is located right in the middle of all the action, with plenty of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. The view from the room was stunning and the breakfast was top-notch. The leisure facilities were impressive, especially as a budget traveler.

The only downside was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms.

The common areas were under refurbishment during our stay, which made finding a relaxing spot within the hotel difficult. Additionally, parts of our room were not properly cleaned and maintained, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant trip overall.

The hotel was spotlessly clean based in a funky style building with helpful and attentive staff. Our room was trendy with fantastic views and the overall experience was fine. Everything was great, however a few employees were very rude.

The location is unbeatable and fab, within walking distance of a well-maintained lawn.

Perfect location! We loved the amazing city views and being in the heart of everything. The hotel amenities were great, especially the hot tub and complimentary breakfast. Best of all were the friendly staff who made our Christmas stay truly special.

The room was a bit tight for two people and the bathroom walls were too thin, leaving little privacy. Also, we didn't appreciate the pressure to tip staff for every little interaction, but this seemed to be the case everywhere in the city.

I've had a great stay for business trip. My room included central heating, pay television and a laptop-size safe. The views across city were magnificent. The location of the hotel was favourable - just a pleasant stroll away from R Lounge. I loved the pretty nice area around the venue.

The venue has cool rooms with fab views and the sofa, as for instance and attentive staff. The best thing is location - really close to Times Square, the hotel's restaurants, the center.

Exceptional staff members, beautiful and luxurious rooms with the bathroom and fab views and clean towels. Early check-in, parking nearby. A bar in the lobby, convenient. Unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and pubs. A fantastic restaurant for breakfast food and staff.

Make sure to get king room with clean towels and conditioner and big windows. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful.

The location was stunning, not too far from Love. All the staff was superfriendly and accommodating. In love with beautiful and luxurious rooms with king beds.

Cocktails and celeb spotting was fantastic! Bar crowd was fun. Concierge was really helpful and restaurant suggestions very great. Free bubbles and choc strawberries for my birthday!!

Expensive wifi in room. Lack of storage space / hanging space for luggage.
